Jennifer Zapata created PEAR Homeschooling, LLC, as a way to connect families with supports, resources, and information not typically available to homeschooling families. Jennifer holds degrees in Health Science Education and School Psychology. With over 20 years of experience serving special needs communities and assisting those working with students in the classroom, home, and community settings, Jennifer has seen thousands of different approaches to teaching and assessing mastery of skills. She has also homeschooled her own children and other children over the past 19 years and counting, providing a unique background that allows her the knowledge and working flexibility to help parents successfully teach their children, while maintaining their sanity and a sense of humor.
